Our sporting assistant, Ms. Susy Tavella, with a diploma in sport science, will be happy to assist you during your stay at Ciasa Lara. She will be there for you to give you precious tips and even create your personalized sports program for your stay in the Dolomites.

Acqua Gym
Water is the element with two benefits: it is a natural motion-resistant and favours stretching without overloading the articulation and at the same time it massages all parts of the body.

Balance and posture exercises following the Pilates philosophy, accompanied by relaxing music…
Stretching and mobilisation
A special program to extend muscles which contract often, to mobilise the articulation, exercises for the back and for a correct posture. At the same time body and soul are relaxing!
Nordic Walking
A sport for everybody, anywhere and in every season. Nordic walking means walking with specially designed poles. It offers a natural and very efficient way to improve one’s physical constitution and to tone up the muscles of the entire body, no matter what age, sex or physical strength you have.
Hiking
Wonderful excursions and walks 3 times a week wonderful to pass some hours surrounded by breathtaking nature of our valley.
