Rates
The rates are per person and night incl. half board and garage parking space. The local tax of 3.80 € per person from 14 years and per night is not included.

Bed and breakfast
We deduct 8.00 € person and night from the half board price if you book a room with breakfast or if you cancel the dinner before 10:00 a.m. of the corresponding day.

Binding reservation
A reservation is binding after receipt of your written confirmation and a deposit of 150.00 € per person as well as after receipt of our written confirmation.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the price of the room will be calculated in accordance with Law No. 1218 of the Italian Civil Code. The deposit is a processing fee and will be retained in the event of cancellation in accordance with Law No. 1385 and No. 1386 of the Italian Civil Code.

Sass Pütia: surcharge 35.00 € per night
Sass dla Crusc: surcharge 50.00 € per night
La Varella: surcharge 70.00 € per night

Children rates in the parents' room with 2 full paying adults
From 0 to 3 years: 25.00 €*
From 4 to 8 years: 50% reduction
From 9 to 12 years: 30% reduction
*per night, without meals

Travel cancellation insurance
Should you have to cancel your booked stay, you will be charged the following fees.

Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
Cancellation 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value
Cancellation 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking value
