Hiking, mountain biking, and fitness exclusively for our guests

At our hotel in La Villa/Stern our sport supervisor Ms Tavella Susy, a wellness trainer with a masters degree in sport sciences, is at your side with all kinds of sports tips and advice. She will also be happy to put together your personal sports programme. Exclusively for the guests at our hotel in Alta Badia we offer guided hikes, guided mountain bike tours, and various types of fitness equipment.
 

Hiking
Three times a week, we accompany you on extraordinary hikes and walks to the most beautiful places in the Dolomites. Spend a few hours in the midst of the beautiful nature of our valley.
 

Mountain biking
Once a week, we will go on a mountain bike trip together.
 

Aquagym
The buoyancy of the water reduces body weight and relieves tension on the bones and joints. Working against water resistance strengthens the muscles and stimulates the cardiovascular system.
 

Pilates
This gentle full-body workout shapes the figure and improves posture and balance. Quiet music provides additional mental relaxation.
 

Stretching
This special programme stretches tight muscles and also includes exercises for the back and posture.
 

Nordic walking
Walking with special poles is a natural and very efficient way to train endurance and strengthen muscles – regardless of age, gender, or physical condition.

 

These free sport activities are additional services provided by the hotel and some of which depend on the weather. Please note: In the event of poor weather, the services will not be re-scheduled/reimbursed under any circumstances.
